13th October 2012: Pan European Tournament Vienna
The Gaels shall be the host to Europes finest Gaelic teams from all around Europe. Tournament shall take place in Schwechat and is a day not to be missed.
25th November 2011: Gaels Christmas Party
A final farewell to the 2011 season, come along to Flanagans to celebrate, everyone welcome!

24th March 2010: Start of Training for the 2010 Season
The spring training season will kick off on the 24th of March in Atzgersdorf. The Vienna Gaels will meet every Wednesday until the summer break. Practice starts at 19:30 and lasts until 21:00

13th-24th March 2010: St Patrick's Day Celebrations

3rd October 2009: Men's match in Prague
The Vienna Gaels will play the first Gaelic Football game ever to be played on Czech soil and the Gaelettes will be there to cheerlead!

19th August 2009: Training starts back in Atzgersdorf
The summer break is over! Training starts back every Wednesday from 8 to 9.30pm @ Atzgersdorf.

25th July 2009: Pan-European Tournament in Munich
The Vienna Gaels will be travelling up to Munich on Friday July 24th and back on Sunday July 26th. Games will take place on July 25th, starting around 9am and lasting all day. Good luck to everyone!

25th April 2009: Regional Tournament in Vienna
The tournament will take place in Atzgersdorf (see the Training page for instructions). Registration is at 12, games will kick off at 12.30 and last until about 5pm. Ladies and mens teams from Budapest and perhaps Munich and Prague will attend. There will be a barbecue and drinks stand to cater for our cheerleaders - and we have ordered sunshine too. So, come and support your home team! The games will then be followed by a party in Flanagans Irish Pub to which all are most welcome!

28th March 2009: Irish Charity Ball
The 10th GOAL Irish Charity Ball will take place in the Intercontinental Hotel on Heumarkt. The Vienna Gaels are taking a table - if you would like to sit at the table and support this great event in your own way, send an Email to the club. See www.irishballvienna.at for more info about the ball.

18th March 2009: Vienna Gaels Training starts
The 2009 season will start in Atzgersdorf from 8 to 9.30 pm!

13th-15th March 2009:St Patrick's Day Festival
The Vienna Gaels will have a stand in the St Patrick's Day Tent, so come and find out what GAA is about! See www.stpatricksdaywien.at for more info.

15th February 2009: Vienna Gaels Badminton Tournament
The season is about to start up again so come and get fit (and have fun!) by hitting around a shuttlecock at Club Danube Ottakring (U3 Kendlerstrasse) from 3 to 5pm. Rackets can be borrowed from the club. Send an email to viennagaelsclub[at]gmail[dot]com if you're interested in participating

20th August 2008: Training resumes after summer break
The training in Atzgersdorf will resume as usual every Wednesday at 8pm to prepare for the Budapest tournament in September.

26th July 2008: European Championship Tournament in Munich
We will be staying in the following hostel: http://www.wombats-hostels.com/munich/
Anyone who wants to stay there with us should book their own bed.

9th July 2008: Vienna Gaels AGM
This will take place at 9pm in Atzgersdorf, after training. Please come and vote for the new incoming committee members! After this, the pitch in Atzgersdorf will close until August 20th.
